Heartless is a template that can be added to any living corporeal creature [except Outsiders] (referred to Hereafter as the base Creature) A Heartless Creature has all the base creature’s characteristics except as noted here.
Size and Type: Type changes to Outsider, DM’s decresion
Hit Dice: Changes to d8. Gains extra hit +2 to +7 at DM’s decresion
Speed: Same as base creature
AC: Gain +7 Natural
Attacks: Gains 2 claw attacks if did not already have them
Damage: Varied to size
Special Attacks: Vile, Create Spawn, Frightful Presence, Con Drain
Special Qualities: Damage Reduce 5/+1, Fast Healing 4, Detect Life
Base Saves: Ref +4, Will +0, Fort +3
Abilities: Gain +6 Str, -4 Dex, +7 Con, -4 Cha, Int drops to 4
Skills: Same as base creature
Feats: Gains Improved Bull Rush, Weapon Focus (Claws), Toughness x2
Climate/Terrain: Any
Organization: Solitary, pair, or group (4-6)
Challenge Rating: Varies to Heartless
Treasure: None
Alignment: Usually Neutral
Level Adjustment: Increase due to hit die increase otherwise same as base creature
